You're only in your own story.
You're defended, you're being attacked and so
Nothing really productive comes from a row except for possibly a slammed door, you know.
And I think it's really important that we're all a bit crazy.
We're all a bit nuts.
And I think we have to give each other a little bit of uh space to go nuts every now and then and to know that it's not the end of a relationship.
Um the trick is just not to go nuts at the same time, I think.
For sure.
Um, and that is about accountability, which is actually a really important part of arguments, is the ability to take accountability for your own actions, for your part to play, rather than the blame and shame game.

Okay.
Otherwise you're not gonna be heard.
You're gonna uh spiral off into something that's completely off topic from the reason that you were upset in the first place.
And, you know, you risk the the opportunity of really
Learning from what was upsetting you in the first place by not rowing properly.

Okay.
