So again, I suppose I'm going back to maybe the the communicating your needs as being a foundational pillar.

Trusting your partners.

So no matter what kind of a relationship you're in, there needs to be some sort of either an explicit or an implicit boundary around the couple contract.

So what are the expectations that I have in this relationship and what are yours?

And to be able to verbalize them is brilliant.

And often couples don't, and it's only when they hit uh, you know, a bump in the road that they realize, hang on a minute, you know, you never told me that's what you expected.

We never spoke about that.

But to be able to verbalize your expectations and to trust that they will be met or that they'll be upheld and that they that they will be respected, I think is another huge one.

Um, I think egg the freedom to grow, a bit like we've said, that, you know, there's different types of relationships.

Some relationships, particularly long term,

People meet in college, they haven't yet fully found their whole identity.

They create this identity of their life together.

And so that type of relationship just requires so much flexibility and ability to grow if they want to see it through to, you know, their grandchildren.

So, yeah, flexibility and adaptability to growth and to changes that are going to occur.

And then fun and intimacy and vulnerability and the ability to love and be desired.

I think it's a huge part of certainly some of the couples I see, they've lost that sense of what it means to be truly intimate.

And that's not just about sex.

Um, it's about being intimate and vulnerable and feeling like you're seen, like the person gets.
