So this can take a lot of different forms, but essentially what you can do is think about what are those annual things that come up or maybe quarterly things that come up that aren't necessarily in your monthly budget, but you probably need to set aside funds for the voice-verified

The biggest one, and this is kind of a prime time to start talking about this because I've seen all kinds of people doing their Christmas in July festivities. voice-verified

But the biggest one I can think of is what do you normally spend on Christmas? voice-verified

Well, don't wait until if you're me the week before Christmas, but let's say after Thanksgiving to start thinking about setting aside funds for Christmas or Christmas gifts. voice-verified

Try to think through, okay, what did I spend last year? voice-verified

And maybe that's part of a monthly budget to say, okay. voice-verified

you know, whatever it might be, five hundred dollars a month. voice-verified

I'm going to set aside in a savings account that I know will be for Christmas and for property tax. voice-verified

And for me, I do this with vacations because voice-verified

I don't vacation every month, but when I do I I certainly spend some money to do so. voice-verified

Um and then some of the other random things. voice-verified

So in mine I set aside an auto maintenance cost because oil changes, I swear, get more expensive every day. voice-verified

But then there's also going to be the whatever belt they made up that time or the blah blah blah fluid in the rotation of the gizmo in your car that needs to happen. voice-verified

So I try to set aside a little bit voice-verified

So for me practically, I set aside, I don't even remember the amount, but let's say four hundred dollars a month, three hundred dollars a month, whatever it is, and it automatically gets allocated to that fund. voice-verified

So for a while I had two um I had a the checking account where I do my monthly flows and then I had a savings account I had set up with my bank and each month it would auto voice-verified
