how much more we can heal.

And I believe that there is breath in our lungs, that there is the ability to heal.

So if you're someone that's been told something or you have a dire diagnosis, don't identify with it, don't own it.

So fast forward to college, I come down with mysterious pain.

Started off as just tension in my shoulders and my back, but I was quickly seeing changes

rheumatoid arthritis specialist.

I was going all over the country doing trigger point therapy.

I was doing raw things, steroid injections, acupuncture, painkillers, muscle relaxers, antidepressants, sleeping pills.

So I mean, Eastern to Western medicine.

I mean, I was covering the gamut at 20.

And this was in the early 2000s.

I was real ahead of my time.

My friends were like, you're doing what with the needles in your back?
