You know, any kind of folkloric thing, there'll be many, many versions of that thing.

And there's many versions for each of those people has a sort of sense of truth to it.

And the truth is actually much more in the meaning to the individual and to the people retelling and reusing that rhyme and for the experience of those children dancing in circles.

much more than, you know, saying, oh, it's definitely this or it was definitely that.

And we are in a very fact and, you know, data led world, which would like everything to have something which underpins it.

But sometimes it just doesn't.

And that's actually the wonder of it.

And that's why I think I love it so much.

She had breast cancer and it wasn't very well known at the time and there weren't many cures or any treatments for it and people were quite surprised.

And it came as a bit of a shock that she died when she did, but there's very little written about it.

I think she's, you know, the evidence of an early illustrator in the publishing world whose work has continued to live on and be regarded, if not looked at, but regarded as something really valuable and important to the world of illustration and childhood ever since.

Some of the winners of that over the years that it's been around are absolutely phenomenal illustrators whose work will live on and on and on, just as Kate Greenaway's work is sort of living.

But interestingly, it's kind of got this timed element to it where it isn't the every childhood of every person now.

It's the every childhood of every person then.

And that's an interesting thing to think about.

We behave as the things that we're exposed to all the time.

And illustration is everywhere.
