What I do now is I run a digital career development program called Future Fit.
And I essentially train about a thousand people a year to communicate with authority and get Future Fit for the 2020s.
Yeah, great question.
I do a couple of things.
So definitely all about the individual.
And someone can email me and say, can I do a 90-minute session, which is essentially a strategic work plan for the next 12 months?
And in addition or as an alternative to that, they can be part of a three-week workshop
fully digital program around either communicating with impact or adaptive leadership.
And so that's where the bulk of my work has been this year, probably impacting, you know, hundreds and hundreds of people with that three-week program, which is highly interactive, highly demanding, and not like other online programs.
I think online gets a bad rap, but I'm working with a team who have spent many, many years working
So it's, I suggest three to four hours a week for three weeks.
And that is something you can do in your own time.
We have, we take a blended approach.
So we drop in a few live chats through the program.
So in those live chats are only 30 minutes, so pretty short and sharp and very easy to work into the day.
The whole point of
being online is to impact more people more often without compromising the learning outcomes and fascinatingly what I've seen this year is a
the capability lift and the learning outcomes are on average 30% higher than what I would see in a classroom setting, which is really astounding for me because I've been running 60 workshops a year since probably 2011.
And you think it doesn't get better than that when actually it does because what happens in a digital environment is that it levels the playing field for introverts.
