It's such a delight to be here.
I am the author of a book called Future Fit, How to Stay Relevant and Competitive in the Future of Work.
And I tell people I'm a recovering television news reporter.
I spent...
I spent the bulk of my career as a commercial TV news reporter, almost 10 years of that career based in Washington, D.C., covering Pentagon State Department White House for Thomson Reuters and Al Jazeera English.
And I transitioned into the humanitarian aid arena for a couple of years working in Iraq and working on projects to rebuild Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan and Georgia, and then moved into Australia
the Save Darfur organization.
So I had a few career transitions when I was in the States, which was actually the catalyst for me writing the book Future Fit.
