I think they've done everything they could, delaying the January 6th prosecution, introducing these questions about what actions a president is immune with regard to, right?
Because I mean, one of the things that the immunity decision that came down Monday did that was so frustrating
This is a court that is maximalist.
They like to have opinions on many things.
They like to set down multi-factor tests.
What they did essentially was kick it back to the district court and say, now begin again and start sorting Trump's actions into the unofficial pile, which he could face charges for, and the official pile, which he can't.
