And I think that the Blue Jays can give him a bunch of help on the front end in terms of writing out a strength and conditioning plan for him that'll run throughout the entire offseason, writing out a nutrition plan,
right now to plan for how much rest he's going to take for when he ramps it back up with hitting for what type of pitches he needs to face off of what type of pitching machines for how he can address the chase rate this year and the fact that he swung and missed
outside the zone swinging at pitches that he shouldn't swing at more than he has at any point in his career.
Like they can instill all of that or install all of those processes and systems on the front end.
But then ultimately December one hits, we're in a lockout and then it's up to Vlad to execute and to keep that going.
So you're going to want to have some handle on just where he's going to be at and how he's going to be going through this process.

I don't understand the tendency to try to cosplay as PR specialists.
