I think his lawyer even called him a jerk.
We learned that they're going to admit that he did engage in physical violence with his girlfriend.
But they they reminded the jurors over and over again, this isn't a case about domestic violence.
This isn't a case about someone who's mean or has a bad temper or who.
engages in this kind of physical violence.
This is a case about sex trafficking.
And they made the bold assertion that although you may not like Diddy, you may not like some of the things you saw, you will see on the videotapes, they claim that you will not be able to make a connection between any of his conduct and any of the charges that have been filed against him.
And this was the defense we were expecting.
Obviously, you can't say the guy is inviolate.
When we watched him drag Cassie Ventura by her hair on that video.
And I expect there's going to be more videos of violent conduct by Sean Diddy Combs.
So his lawyers want to get ahead of that.
They wanted to give the jurors a sense that, you know, get prepared for this.
But keep in mind, this is not what the charges are about.
Absolutely not.
Look, trials are about storytellers and who can tell the most persuasive story to jurors.
At the end of the day, people remember how the lawyers look, how they present themselves.
I've even had folks say to me that they look at their lawyer's shoes.
So everything that the lawyers do in this trial will be under a microscope, will be scrutinized very, very heavily by these jurors.
