Um, if you are a high achiever, then you are loved within our family.

Failure is not an option.
And so these are messages that have for this particular, like have played a role in why, you know, this father, this husband is stuck in the sense that, you know, to leave a position like this where I am a high achiever, right?
I've achieved, you know, a position that is
You know, respected, like regarded.
It there's also the financial compensation aspect of it that is reflective of that.
Um, and so that means, right, like I am a success and I am a good person.
But I feel this sense of just, you know, discontent.
Like I just don't feel satisfied.
I feel, you know, bad, if you will.
Like it doesn't feel like it's authentic, right?
With maybe who I want to be.
Uh and so, you know, there's that's some deep stuff, right?
And on the surface, it just sounds like
Okay, hey, well then, you know, let's just find another job.
Or like, why don't you just take a sabbatical, take time off, and like spend, you know, six months with your kids, right?
And then like come back and you'll feel better, right?
About maybe the work that you're doing.
Um, or take more vacations with your kids.
