And it's all connected.
Our body, our emotions, and our spirit are all connected.
So today, as you are in this two-week wait, I want to talk about your spirit.
And I want you to hear this first, and I might sprinkle it in a little bit, but I just want you to hear that when we address our spirit, when we address our soul and its connection to Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord Christ,
When we address that first, that is when everything else in our body and our emotions can kind of just let go and surrender.
And it's really interesting when we connect our spiritual faith and we start working on that primarily, sometimes and oftentimes it literally has impacts on our physical body and on our emotions and our mentality.
And so I want you to hear that.
This is something that I love working with women in inside of my program, Fertility Framework.
We talk about the physical and the emotional and we work on that.
And we really also prioritize our spiritual walk with Jesus the whole time because it cannot be neglected.
It just can't.
They're all intertwined.
And when we work on this release, like how do we actually release and let go?
And just let our head fall onto Jesus's chest.
Like that's the goal, right?
But when we actually do that, it's having a full body effect.
Like our nervous system is affected.
Our endocrine system is affected.
Our muscular system is affected.
Like all systems of our body are impacted when we surrender our spirit to the Lord.
