Go on.
Yeah.
One way or another, that happened.
He is behind Kevin O'Toole.
So basically, Kevin O'Toole was going to be called up before Will Ferry, but his international clearance hadn't come in yet.
So he is already behind Kevin O'Toole in the MLS.
Josh O'Neill, who at the time was playing for Shamrock Rowers.
Like, I think you are not going to get lucky if you're at Dundee.
I think outside of those three clubs I really and even sometimes including them I think the standard is so much worse than we have an idea of and I think it's a lot a lot of it is down to do with the fact that it's on Sky every week I really think the standard is the standard honesty of Scottish football is like League 1 standard there's a reason why Neil Faruja can't get a game in League 1 and he's going up to potentially be Wilfair's replacement at Dundee United the standard is not good Neil Faruja has never had a really good kind of
my whole thing on Scottish League right I completely agree with your thing on development and it's something that we've seen say the likes of Cillian Phillips has gone out of England playing that two games a week he's gone up there playing one game a week and we've seen and he said it himself when he was on off the ball a couple of weeks ago with us how much it's helped his development I think we're fair he's done his development and now it's time to kick on and if he is going to make Ireland squads he needs to get out of Scotland I don't think so
Just a final point that Johnny came to before we move on like you made the argument of is he better off staying in the Celtic squad to get an Ireland squad I think at this stage of Johnny Kenny's career he just needs to get out of Celtic and he needs to play games and don't worry about that Ireland squad at the moment if you get out and you play games and you score some goals that will come in time
very hard though that's fine but there's no point at his stage in his career if you really want to kick on as a footballer there's no point sitting on the bench playing a couple of minutes that's fine and that comes back to what Dave was saying about the Will Ferry thing and about kicking on your career and your developmental phase and all that sort of stuff
yeah I've won left and it's a bit left field but it's fine it's nothing to do with the Irish senior team at the moment Glorian Zingo who has played many times for Ireland underage he's two under 21 caps he went from Pats to Stade Rheims in 2021 Stade Rheims in 2021 yeah my old French secondary school
Junior is not paying me any heat here.
Then went to Swansea.
He was on loan in Carolina last year.
He played for Pats as a trialist the other day against Wexford and scored.
That is one to keep an eye on for January.
And then I have two other just little ones to keep an eye on maybe in January at a more local level.
Prime McLean, James McLean's brother could be going back to Derry for a third time.
