I hate this feeling of...

the constant relentlessness of this.

And so it was after I sort of got everything out on paper and got honest with myself, told Adam how I was feeling.

I told my mum how I was feeling and I started working with a coach.

Yeah, it wasn't the first time.

So mum, it was the first time since being a mum, it wasn't the first time in my life that I'd been through similar periods, burnout periods.

So for mum, she, it wasn't, she knew that this can happen every few years for Benita.

So she helped me kind of come back to the basics of, okay, sleep, food,

nutrition, what do you need help?

How can we get you some help?

What do you need from me?

Like she was ringing me all the time, just keeping in touch.

For Adam, he is such a practical guy.

He couldn't help immediately when he was in the middle of harvest, but we were getting closer to the end of our harvest period.

So he, as soon as he could kind of swept back in and physically helped as much as he could.

But still in reality, Karina, a lot of it was on me.

At that point in time, I didn't know about virtual psychologists.

I didn't know about all of the great organizations there are.

So in a way, I kind of did have to get myself out of it or felt like I did and wasn't aware of what was available to me.

So about a week after that rock bottom point, I enrolled working with a coach who I'd been following online for quite a while and who I knew personally from years ago.
