I became CEO just about

a year ago, and digital capabilities, digital transformation, including AI, was one of the biggest opportunities that I saw.

So that's happening, you know, across SYNC or at scale.

And the reason I bring that up is to really get to where we want to go in AI.

We, you know, we have to have the right systems.

We have to have the data sets connected to one another.

They need to be able to talk to one another in ways that many can't.

So

I bring that up only as we're on a journey to really have enterprise-level AI capabilities, and we're committed to doing that.

And I think our timeline will track pretty well with

with the value creation that we, that we expect from it.

In the meantime, there is a lot of point solutions that we're going after.

So, you know, back office capabilities, you know, finance, you know, the things that you would expect we're working in all of those areas, again, as part of the digital transformation, one of the things that, you know, is, is probably most practical and, and frankly, maybe one of the biggest value drivers that we have is, is around inventory management and,

the combination of large language model type AI and just predictive analytics like machine learning and things that really help us super simply when a product comes into our network to know exactly where it should go.

And now we're really getting to where we can use technology and analytics to best predict which distribution that product should go to because one of our customers is going to need that in the next day

So that creates service level improvements, which ultimately results in patient outcome improvements, which is the thing that's important to us.

But it also helps us manage our working capital in the most efficient way because we have the inventory where it needs to be.

And with the scale that we have in terms of dollars,

That's why I say it actually might be one of the biggest opportunities that we have.

We're not going to see step change at Sankora through AI in the near term.
