So you start to see it at soda fountains, you're seeing it in bottles, marketed as a healthful, family-friendly alternative to alcohol.

And now you've got root beer stands, roadside spots, pull over for a frosty mug, the drink starts to lock in its identity.

You've got this creamy foam, dark color.

And it's like, you're like, what is that flavor?

And the flavor is wintergreen vanilla.
