Really fully functional in this gym.

The only thing I'm missing is a sauna, so hoping to get one of those one day, but um I'm in this gym every day doing something and it gets hot in the Texas summer so I can also use it for heat training.

Double uh bonus of the gym being in the garage, but lots of equipment, lots of fun in here, lots of pain in the pain cave.

Alright, so the first piece of equipment that I'm gonna be talking about and reviewing today are the Fair Dune DB1 dumbbells.

These are a set of adjustable dumbbells.

I have two of them.

Again, these are from Fed Fitness.

This is probably my favorite piece of equipment.

You might think it's the treadmill being a runner, but the adjustable dumbbells have literally been kind of a game changer, my hero for upper body training because they're literally all in one.

They allow me to do everything.

So I can do presses with these.

I can do curls with these.

I can do push-ups with these.

So I have been using these things almost every day, whether it's a strict upper body strength workout or just kind of coming out here to do a few curls during the day.

So these go up to 52 and a half pounds each.

So total of you know 105 pounds, two and a half pound increments, and as you can see here, adjusting super smooth two and a half pound increments.

quickly adjust them during your workout so you can kind of switch through multiple weights but the fact that they go up to 52 and a half pounds kind of all the weight that I need which is perfect they're slide out of here really easily so if I want to do a set of curls I can kind of slide them out and do it like that.

Slide it back in.

And honestly, I have been just so impressed with the overall quality of these.
