I'm like, yes, no, fucking running, fuck running.
And so that just means that I get to do weight training.
So right now, for the next three, four weeks, I'm gonna do more strength.
Strength and hypertrophy based work because that's what's going to support me now.
It gives my body a little bit of a break from the amount of endurance, but it sh it hits me in a different training stimulus with something and is something that I enjoy.
I did the same thing after the Sahara and I did the same thing to a degree after the Arctic, even though I couldn't train properly for three months after the Arctic because my Achilles tour, I was still able to do upper body work.
So I was doing back, chest, arms, shoulders, etc.
Just a lot of it was.
Has been supported for the first couple of months.
Um so yeah, so I don't fall out of love with training.
What I generally find people who set a goal and fall out of love with training or feel demotivated, it's normally down to a lack of another goal that they're working towards.
So every single time I go into an event, I always have the next one in mind.
Which brings me on to my last question, which came in in seven or eight different versions, and that's what's

This hasn't been announced anywhere else because I recorded a podcast with Marty Gilfoyle um ahead of Wellfest.
I'm in at Wellfest this year in on the ninth or tenth of May, whenever Wellfest is.
I'm I'm at Wellfest one of the days and I was recording a podcast with Marty Gilfoil before to kind of promote it.
And we spoke about this, but it hasn't been released yet.
And that is my next event, which is in the Himalayas.
