This is symptomatic of the world we're in.

where the first President Bush talked about a new world order and we started talking about peace dividends because the Cold War was over and you didn't need to invest as much in defence and it was going to be this era of peace and prosperity.
Well, that lasted until the day it didn't.
The world has now changed back.
Yeah, it's pretty sizable.
I don't know the exact figure, but certainly they charge a toll.
They're profit-making enterprises.
So there is a winner in this and we will – I think it's really showed that there doesn't seem to be a great deal of strategic thinking going into this venture.

And the idea that Iran can now charge – this idea that somehow Iran charging a toll for people to use international waters –
