Yeah, you can actually.

And I have seen over my lifetime, seen plenty of people go horribly wrong with Gold Coast property.

You buy at the wrong time and you buy in the wrong area, you can go wrong.

But generally speaking, it's about doing your homework, going in with your eyes wide open, understand all the risks and taking a longer term view.

At the end of the day, no, they definitely don't do that.

Um, they're far too cynical to call me daddy.

But no, look, uh, they're both, uh, by virtue of the fact that their father works for Superfund, they've taken an interest in their super from an early stage and they're quite, they both built up quite decent balances and they're, they're,

They understand that it's a longer-term view and they also invest money in equities outside of super, which I'm quite proud of as well.

But, you know, they're quite relaxed about it.

But I do... There's two things.

One is, you know, often you get questions about housing.

And if I think about the thing I worry about from Australia's perspective, we really need to do something about our housing supply and to try and make housing more accessible...

make renting a better experience.

You know, we've certainly done some investing recently in the bill to rent space in Australia for the first time.

But the reason is having institutional money backing residential real estate for rent means you can offer longer term leases, means you can spend more money on maintaining properties and giving people security of tenure and

And rather than, often individual landlords may not have the resources.

Correct.

And so you can actually give people, give renters perhaps a better experience with renting.

But also, you know, doing more to free up housing supply to try and ease some of those pressures.
