I feel like
One of the biggest problems we have nowadays is nervous system dysregulation.
The nervous system, the electrical system, let's call it.
I don't really like the nervous system word that much.
But the electrical system governs the rest of the body.
And how can we help support people relaxing?
and just being present and very difficult actually for, for, for many of us, uh, because of this crazy world we live in and the sauna, there's something about the light, even the glow, like you can just sit there and, uh, put it in front of someone who doesn't know what it is and has never seen it before.
And after a while they'll be like, wait a second, I feel, I feel like centered, you know, I feel grounded and I feel present.
So the nervous system is,
is responding in a way that we really need.
We really need to be in that relaxed, nervous state all the time.
And because we're not in that, all these other things that we try to do are not as effective.
We're not as responsive.
I've got a lot of resistance, honey.
Yeah, and you want this, like in your house, you want the southern exposure to be a lot of windows so that all day long you get light in there.
Yeah.
But yeah, you definitely, the house is...
you know, are not necessarily designed with light in mind.
And that goes with, some are, but like orientation to sunlight and southern exposure and also indoor with all the LED light everywhere that's like built in now that you can't even change all of it.
It's unfortunate because we humans are not designed to really live indoors.
