But man, at the pointy end of the season, some of these big dogs have stepped up for the Chiefs.
It literally turned my little selection world upside down, putting this together.
Well, and I think most of those names that we're saying it's hard to leave out, like even for you, like Clifford, we go to South Africa.
Leo William Blackheader will go in my one and so on and so forth for Bryn as well.
Yeah, because for Super Rugby, if we just go through, I think it's worth noting, you've got Lakai, 93, Cigna,
91, Leo Willey, 89, Blackadder, 85, Karifi, 83, Satiti, 82, Jacobson, 78, TK Howden, 75, Simon Parker, 70, and then Samuel Penafino at 68.
I did some heavy manifesting in the pre-show, and I thought it was coming to fruition.
But you just knew, even though the Blues were close, nothing was sticking.
There was a lot of forced passes and a lot of errors from the Hurricanes in that first half.
And they went ahead 19-14, you were like, oh, they're going to start sticking at some stage.
And you knew that there was sort of a barrage of points coming, which...
you know, wasn't helped by the HA.
I think, you know, the biggest issue, you know, having to manage a squad, you know how hard it is.
And because of the better impact, the ability to have better impact off the bench, the Canes just ran the blues down.
But honestly, man, our Super Rugby clubs are doing a fantastic job at the halftime experience, the pre-show entertainment, post-show.
It's a really exciting time for this club.
The Chiefs obviously saw something in the backfield, because a lot of those tries came from either attacking kicks in behind, a chip and chase, and then they just flooded through.
So it looked like it was a tactic that they had picked up, because obviously the Crusaders' defence has really increased.
They've been a big part of their success and stuff, just not allowed teams to score points, and then under the roof they've been able to sort of chance their arm.
