We were clear to shut down.

I'll talk to you in the morning.

So for me, psychologically speaking, I can't always be on.

It makes me very anxious.

And so I have a very clear division between working and when I'm not working.

Right.

And I also think people make reading too much of a chore, like choose books that you love.

Sometimes the simple part of it is like, this type of book is inspiring to me.

This book is very interesting to me.

And I see it a lot.

People fall into this notion of just what's the book I'm supposed to read this whole, like, this is the novel that won this award and everyone is reading it.

And now it sort of feels like a chore.

I read incredibly diversely, much more nonfiction than fiction, but all over the place.

And I let my interests drive it.

So I read random stuff.

know it's like okay i'm reading a book about an octopus now now i'm reading a book about deep sea diving and now i'm reading a book about theology and philosophy and that letting your interest drive you yeah i agree but also i will say i had to rediscover the value of hobbies a lot of people have the same happening where your kids are really young you lose track and lose touch with that because you're like i can't have hobbies there's infants and toddlers around

It was almost like I had to rediscover it as my kids got to elementary school age.

No, no, no.

It's good to have things that you really, really like.

Like with movies, I have a group of dads.
