I plan my day on a paper planner.

It's formatted well for doing time block planning.

I keep my tasks in Trello boards.

Because the visual metaphor I like, and I like that I can attach files and put information on the back of the cards, but you could use like many different products to do this.

I rely on shared documents a lot.

So to me, it's system first.

And almost always it's something that a Google workplace subscription is going to get you 95% of the way there.

Well, humans aren't wired to work all out all day, all year.

We're not wired in a sort of evolutionary sense.

There was all sorts of variations within the day, within the week, within the year, huge amounts of variations.

Then we had mills and factories emerge as a major place of economic activity.

And for the first time in human history, we invented this idea of, no, no, just work really hard all day long.

We just do this year round.

There's no seasonal variation.

There's no variation during the day.
