For most people, it's going to be the big things you're actively working on really should be two at most, maybe three.
So there's just some like hard and fast rules here.
Just because the amount of administrative overhead generated by work, once you get to like four or five major things, too many different things are going on.
So that's going to make a big difference.
Then feeling out your seasonal rhythm, that's more personal.
So what is your up cycle down cycle?
What does those cycles feel like?
How long are they?
That is really personal.
Some people like to go multiple seasons in a row, really up and then like a pretty long season cycle down.
Other people have a much smaller up cycle down cycle natural rhythm.
Like I want to do three hard weeks and then a soft week, like one week every month, it's a little softer than the other.
Or it's, I want to go like three hard days each week, but like Mondays and Fridays, I go less hard.
It's hard to discover except for through experience.
It's like, you're listening to your intuition.
When do you feel exhausted?
Okay.
I'm feeling too exhausted right now.
What relieves that exhaustion?
So it's like a self-experimentation or self-discovery you need to do to figure out what is my pace of variation of intensity.
