I would suggest is find like community, find you know, examples and representation of people that are success stories for your height and that have found uh success in dating or i in romantic relationships or in whatever it is that's like that you feel that your height is hindering you from from doing, like go go and seek those out.

that your height is stopping you from meeting women, right?

I'm talking for for I guess straight men here, then you're gonna see that everywhere because that's your you're just looking for things that confirm that bias.

But if you can kind of work on that and go, all right, well I'm gonna seek out things that challenge that bias that I have and really be open minded to to look for those things, you're gonna find them.

And um and so that'd be my first thing is just like find find community.

No one really likes bitterness, you know, it's not a very attractive quality.

So if you're bitter about your height, um you're you're not gonna have a lot of success in dating.

And that can kind of be a bit of a self-defeating mentality.

Um and you know, instead of instead of maybe framing it as being, oh, I'm I'm rejected because someone doesn't want to date me because of my height.

Think of it as like, well, that person's kind of self-selecting them out of your dating pool.

And you kind of dodged a bullet.

And so you can find people that are right for you that aren't going to care about your height.
