they do tend to move to the centre very, very quickly, which is exactly what we saw with Keir Starmer.

Even though he won that general election in 2024 with a huge majority in Parliament, it didn't really seem to make a difference as to pursuing what would be thought of as traditional Labour goals.

He definitely was trying to win votes from the Tories and from reform rather than trying to safeguard the leftist votes that would have been so prevalent among the Jeremy Corbyn era.

So it's expected.

It was actually, you know, The Guardian have reported that Keir Starmer is expected to basically announce how he's going to step aside today.

I've seen it reported that maybe that whole process will take about a month.

You know, this is still not been officially confirmed, but Donald Trump actually posted about it on Truth Social last night.

You know, Kier Starmer's going to resign tomorrow.

What a loser.

No, it wasn't quite that, but it was like, what he said was that Kier Starmer had failed on two major, one of which being immigration.

I actually can't remember what the other one was now, but I mean, either way, it was just Donald Trump being antagonistic.

But it definitely does seem to lend credence to the idea that Keir Starmer will be announcing his plans to step aside today.

Yeah, so there's been like several controversies.

You know, one of the major ones was, you know, appointing Peter Mandelson to be his ambassador to the US.

And of course, later it was revealed publicly that Peter Mandelson had all these close connections to Jeffrey Epstein that you would have imagined had he been vetted properly, you know, should have come up.

But ultimately, what really happened was that just a lot of these concerns did come up and just were ignored.
