I mean, you know, this is, I've been, I've been a witness of literature for much longer than I've been a participant of it as an author.

Like I went to grad school, I'm a vehement reader, I'm like a student of the publishing game.

And so I knew that that would be a conversation.

And I just, again, I don't find it interesting.

And I think it's pretty

misogynistic.

I think you're right.

We don't talk about that with men.

We have all kinds of male characters.

Walter White, Tony Soprano, The Dark Knight Rises, American Psycho.

We have so many deeply famous male characters who are reprehensible.

Yeah.

Yeah, completely.

I mean, it's one of the many ways in which I feel like the commentary around the book is so meta for the book itself.

Because the book is about angry women, you know, Natalie's angry, her followers are angry, all the women are watching one another.

They're all judging one another.

They're all surveilling one another and policing one another.

And I do think I mean, I see that all the time, like even this is a very small example.

But like, yesteryear has only been reviewed by women, trad wives are only discussed by women.

I've yet to see a single man write an article about a trad wife.
