And that maybe wasn't that for you yesterday.
But you are having like an off day.
Whereas if you are in a phase where you are really suffering with cumulative anxiety that's getting on top of you.
Oh, I'd be done.
That will require you to be like, what can I pare back on here?
Because I need space and time to feel like safety.
Yeah.
It's really important.
And it's kind of a day-to-day temporary thing.
You have to just check in with yourself and know, I mean, that sounds so trite, but like,
You will know yourself whether it's something like this is in my best interest long term or I know this would just push me over the edge.
There's two steps on the roadmap that are important here.
One of them is to figure out what works for you and you alone, not what looks good on social media, not what everyone else subscribes to.
Like, for example, I just cannot stomach like a cup of cacao.
Like, that's OK.
That doesn't mean I'm doing self-care wrong.
I think it's really important not to fall into like wellness as a performative thing.
So for me, like the things that are totally mine and not applying to everyone else, I am really into ASMR.
Okay.
Which, yeah.
