Yes, she interviewed me about my book, Bloody Brilliant Women.
So that was a real pinch me moment.
She certainly is, you know, a real trailblazer.
And she's fought some battles over her time in journalism.
And when you look at female MPs as well, the abuse that they get, and particularly women of colour, it's off the scale.
But I think MPs of all genders and all parties suffer from that too.
Yeah, I thought about being an MP once.
And to be honest, it was exactly that that I just thought...
You know, in the job that we do, we can, you know, get change in the way that many very diligent backbench MPs try to and achieve.
And yeah, I just think with the amount of vitriol you get, you've got to be a very, very resilient person.
I feel I'm resilient, but...
I think there's a difference between determination and resilience.
I've always been very determined.
I've always been quite stubborn.
I've always been an incredibly hard worker.
I think that is innate, probably.
Both my parents were very hard workers, and I think you see that.
I've always been very competitive.
How does that manifest itself?
