You know, I love to tell people, it's like, you got to watch what you do with an S because all you really have to do is just tell them to buy and they'll do it.

When you're talking about the engineers, here's the really cool thing with engineers is that they just, first of all, we pet them.
We let them know, hey, you seem like somebody that really needs the information.
And they start nodding their head.
Say, so when I get back to the office, what information can I send in?
What information can I email you?
Tommy, I'm not emailing them anything.
But if I said, hey, what information do you need before you get started?
They clam up really quick.
