Hi, hi everybody, how are you?

Thanks for inviting me.

Well uh it will be a great experiment to record this podcast in English and in Spanish.

Well now I am at the director of SEO and Product at Al Nacional that is a Spanish publisher based in Barcelona.

I am also a CO for news publisher consultant.

and I work as an associate professor at Autonomous University of Barcelona with journalism and communication studies.

Well I start my career as a journalist in a local television

So I discover SEO writing articles and news in a digital in the digital website, no, the digital part of the broadcast television.

And I discover it with different uh types of approaches and I really like to optimize content to achieve

the the users to perform well.

I think that we have to write uh well.

It's not only a thing uh for users, but Google really loves good articles to make perform well, no?

But I think that it's interesting and important to offer good experience for the users.

and this type of public service to serve as information, local information and different type of documentation and contextual information to improve the the user experience.

Well, when you arrive uh in a near room you have to detect and you have to uh watch different roles in the near room and observe.

You have to understand the background of the different journalists and editors to insist on trainings, workshops.

Or if you have developers in the newsroom or if not.

And you have to create a team uh with different roles.

So for me, training uh the newsroom and journalist is the best way to start because it's a core product, the articles, the news, the exclusives.

You are working on that and if you don't have this uh well you can improve nothing, no?
