How are you going to stop emotional connections forming with other people? matched

You know, what do you do if one of you breaks the rules? matched

And in my experience, that actually happens. matched

Unfortunately, it happens a lot. matched

Even though people have rules, they end up getting broken. matched

You know, can we have sex with friends or exes or people we're connected with on social media? matched

Like the example I just mentioned, that can be really problematic. matched

And can we have repeat visits or does it need to be one-off randoms and we matched

speak to the person again? matched

In my experience, a lot of couples say that's off limits because it gets really tricky and then suddenly you're at a social event and you're there with your partner and then your sex partner's there and it just gets really messy. matched

So a lot of people like to have that as a clear boundary. matched

And it reminded me that one of the things couples need to talk about is jealousy. matched

whether they disclose or not disclose, because there's a whole range of different things you can set up in terms of, you know, some couples like don't ask, don't tell. matched

So I'm not going to, you're not going to ask me, I'm not going to tell you if I'm hooking up with other people. matched

And then you have the do ask, do tell, which means, look, I'm not going to tell you, but if you ask me, I will tell you. matched
