It's a harder way to go about, you know, it's like, you know, on this mouse wheel of, you know, we're going to adopt this new diet or this new exercise program or supplement or longevity hack.
And even if they worked and they might,
We don't do them for long enough to make a difference.
In Blue Zones, again, it's about the environment.
It's about these five interconnected, mutually supporting facets of their life that keep people doing the right things and avoiding the wrong things for long enough so they don't develop type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease or 40% of cancers or most of dementia.
