So whatever is more natural for you, get used to saying those words because here you're just asking for clarification.
Once you've done that and you still want to say no, the fourth stage is your threat of non-compliance.
I can't go along with that unless you change these sentences from the report or I can't put my name to that.
So it's your threat of non-compliance before the final stage which is your act of defiance.
And what's amazing about that final stage is if you can get to it, that tension that's in the first stage, it just dissipates.
It melts away because you're living in accordance with your values.
It's more honest, more authentic, even more joyful.

Yeah, that's a great question.
So what I've found is that the culture is extremely important because I've mentioned the two questions that people are thinking about are, is it safe to speak up and will it be effective?
So if you can create a culture where people feel not just safe, but they're actually rewarded
