And it turned out that it made me a better person.

Somebody smart

Said this a long time ago, but you can't pour from an empty cup.

And look, science backs this.

A study published in social science and medicine tracked 19,000 adults over 50 over eight years.

What they notice is that if they had a weekly hobby, their depression, if they had any, would dramatically drop over the next two years.

All the top guys literally have hobbies.

The mistake is most people think that hobbies drag us down or take from our time in the opposite.

It is true.

And in the age of AI, this matters more than ever.

He looks at money as a store of energy, which means nothing until you convert that energy into an actual experience.
