A player for a manager that believes in you and knows you can do well and succeed, I mean, that's half the battle.
Because you've obviously got to convince... Sometimes you go to a new club, you've got to convince the manager and the players and the fans.
But knowing that he believes in you straightaway, I'd say that was half the battle done.
