Oh man, so many things pop into my head.
One of the ones that that just comes to mind, I I was just becoming aware of this, and I had exhausted all the stuff that that you can do with Western medicine.
Um, like I have constant pain in my body, my knees always hurt, my brain, I have this massive brain fog, I had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, or today was like the same thing as long COVID.
Um, I just didn't know.
understand why some days I was kind of lucid, some days I was a zombie.
And when I was a zombie, I had to pretend like I wasn't a zombie, but I was pretty good at pretending.
But I'm like, I can't remember anything from my meetings today.
What am I gonna do?
So
I decided I was gonna do all the stuff that I thought was stupid.
So I did acupuncture.
I come from a family of scientists and I was raised to be very skeptical and like meditation.
That's for dumb people.
Right.
Or even worse, like going to any spiritual thing of all.
Um, so I ended up saying, I'm gonna go to Nepal and Tibet.
I'm gonna learn meditation from the masters.
Like I give up.
Like maybe I'm wrong about some of my fundamental assumptions.
