I'm gonna guess today it's probably 50 or 60, but some of them are not very good at that. So you want people who make less mistakes, but you always want people who are willing to own their mistakes. So these are evolving people. Then you have category three people. They're win-lose and they don't know it. So for them to win, someone else has to lose.

Reality does not matter to them.
