On both sides of the aisle, do you remember when a right-wing judge in Texas banned the use of methapristone, the abortion drug, nationwide?

And we all howled.

We said, how can one judge do that for the whole country, ban this drug that the FDA has said has been safe for years?

Well, that's the abuse of these nationwide injunctions.

Those nationwide injunctions were used by the right wing to stop the Biden agenda.

In fact, Biden got so frustrated about it.

He was very he was critical of this type of action.

So it's not like this all one side.

The problem is, of course, is now now the rules apply during the Trump administration when we need to have more checks and balances than we have now.

I don't think Trump knows what it means.

I mean, you know, he's not a constitutional scholar, and he's just saying things that sound right.

And, yeah, I guess in his mind it brings back the Constitution because he likes the ruling.

It's like, what's an activist judge?

A judge that just disagrees with you, right?

I mean, that's – so it's just –

It's just terminology.

It doesn't really mean anything.

I do share the same concerns.

It's funny, Kasim and I are on the same page here, even though it sounds like we're disagreeing, but we really are.
