They very rarely will seek out information.
And they're very rarely even think.
It's just it's like uh the way humans adapted to the countryside.
They see a a lion uh
a a threat out of the corner of their eye and they instantly react.
And that's kind of the way humans process information, a lot of it.
And so you have to you have to break through
that clutter and uh and so so that's sort of a a must.
And so what that means is if you're uh it's really placed a a premium on being unique, it place a pin but intriguing, um having some sort of wow factor in terms of either content of your your communication or how you present it.
It's gotta be something that
That attracts their attention.
And then
if you pass that hurdle, you have to develop what I call memory anchors.
And they're sort of slogans or taglines.
There could be visual symbols.
They could be uh signature stories.
They could be branded programs, which I call branded energizers, branded differentiators, or branded source of credibility.
But those things have got to stick in your long term memory and they have to sort of get past
the tendency of people to ignore or distort or argue against.
So anyway, that's kind of my take.
