And we need to remember that Iran doesn't

make war the way we make war they don't spend trillions to create systems they they make war on the cheap so that money is going to go a long way to create destructiveness i mean these ballistic missiles they don't cost much probably compared to what we would you know a comparable system or platform that we have um so with that money they can

rebuild their capabilities, have some despair to maybe hobble along domestically, and give money to their militias that also make war on the very cheap.

I mean, we look at the, you know, we're going to talk about Hezbollah in Israel in a second, but we look at the platform that Hezbollah is using to bedevil the Israelis right now, these first-person view drones.

I mean, if you want to splurge, they cost 500 bucks, right?

So Iran does not need a lot to create a lot of havoc.

We've been hearing for over a decade now, I mean, media from Iranian expats that the Iranian economy has been in shambles.

Now, it's exacerbating it, of course.

But what we're dealing with is a country that knows how to hobble along until they get a breathing room.

I mean, you have two angles here, right?

They know how to stretch a dollar or

or their current area, the local currency, rather than Tumon.

And they know how to crack down with the increasing brutality on their own population.

So if you dissent and they become much more efficient at it, if you track the record from 2000, it was 2008, 2009 with the Green Revolution,

All the way through 2019, the Masa Amini protests, the protests earlier this year, what we've seen is an Iran that has become increasingly efficient and lethal at tracking down on protests.

So if you don't like it, well, here's a baton or worse.

And we're not talking about a regime that is trying to create – I mean, this is a problem that we Westerners have.

We think regimes like Iran, like North Korea, like Russia, like China, the promise to their population is prosperity in the Western sense.

It's not.
