My typical 10 person CPA firm or architectural firm or engineering firm doesn't want an IPO.
They don't want to run 100 person firm.
It's not what they know and it's not who they are, but they would like to double in size.
maybe twice over in their career.
Not twice as many people, twice the revenue, twice the profits.
And so my job is to help them get to that point in time, you know, from age 45 to 65, and then have great decisions to make.
