I remember 10 years ago, he said, oh, we're going to have autonomous cars or whatever.
He's just barely getting going in Austin, right?
Makes sense.
I tried my very best to develop people that I really cared.
It wasn't just about the money.
I was constantly focused on trying to develop something so that they could do better.
And this might sound silly, but I really do believe I created the best summer job for college students ever.
To be able to make hundreds of thousands of dollars, we have a few guys that will make a million dollars a year at it.
They'll work longer.
Some of these guys are, you know, after college, they've stuck with it and they're just so good at it.
They might do maybe six months and then they take their rest of the year off and they serve or do whatever they want to do.
It was definitely the Tony Hsieh book, Delivering Happiness.
The one today that's really like Delivering Happiness 2.0 is Will Goddard's book, Unreasonable Hospitality.
Oh, yeah.
