So it's important to understand that this relationship that we have as consumers with the dollar needs to be evaluated.
Central banks are buying, other than the Federal Reserve, the central banks around the world are buying more gold than they ever have.
In fact, the US, the treasuries, the reserves of central banks have more gold than US treasuries for the first time since 1996.
So they're de-dollarizing, they're dumping US treasuries, they're getting out of the dollar.
They don't trust that
dollar anymore and when we're weaponizing the dollar and tariffs and other functions what how can you blame right and i and i'm guessing back to the average person that when their purchasing power is being eroded we all feel it
Everyone feels it.
Everyone understands that it's happening.
But we have a love affair with the dollar and with paper currencies.
And most people are just in paper.
We're attached.
And you know how relationships are.
We go into denial.
We believe that our partner is taking care of us.
And we're very slow to act.
But in reality, what's happening is we are being inflated out of our purchasing power.
We're being told to trust something that is proving not to be trustworthy.
What do you say to a patient when they're locked in a relationship with someone who obviously doesn't have their best interests at heart, but they stay with it?
