Tell me for you, when you're imagining talking to a younger woman who's moving through her 20s,

What are some of the big things that come up on your heart when you think about this, like the perfectionism, the people pleasing, the anxiety, what comes up for you first?

Hmm.

Yeah, I love that.

I think that permissions led to you do not have to have it all together you don't have to know.

It's like this ridiculous pressure that we're supposed to have our entire life planned out and know every turn and know what's happening.

Right.

And I think that's something that I hear a lot.

And I definitely felt myself was this feeling of, I don't know.

Like, I think I know what's happening next, but I don't know how it's actually going to unfold or what it's actually going to look.

And that's me now.

And I'm in my mid thirties, right?

That's still life.

I'm like, I think I have a general idea.
