What did that look like for you?

And I can imagine...

like, was there awareness around that's possibly what was happening or did it take a long, yeah, it took a long time.

Yeah.

We do not talk about that enough.

Those physical manifestations.

I remember having, so I'm very, I feel my anxiety very physically as well.

Right.

So I'll feel it in my body.

A lot of digestive things will come up and I'll instantly know I'm like, Oh, something like that almost will warn me more than how I feel it in my mind.

Sometimes I'm like, Oh, I feel it.

Right.

I'm having stomach issues.

I'm having digestion problems.

And I remember in college going through tests and tests and ultrasounds and all of the things and I'm drinking the disgusting liquids and I'm not eating food.
