I love that.

Parts work has been so huge.

I'm so grateful.

My last therapist was very phenomenal at that.

And

I'll even just picture when I have certain emotions coming up, I'll picture that part of me.

And I'm like, oh, wow, she's on a good one today, right?

She is feeling fiery today, which is just so helpful to notice.

And I just, right, you're bringing her to the table and then I'm still here.
