I think a lot of people with ADHD will read it.
People will suspect they might.
I think everyone's asked themselves that question, am I normal?
Whether it's grief, whether it's alcohol, whether it's relationships, whether it's how they show up with people in life.
And I think that book will give them a lot of confidence to kind of deal with that experience.

Yeah, I didn't expect it to be as hard as it is.
I know people often say, I've written a book, it's so hard, and I've put so much work into it.
I'm not saying disparagingly, because I've written four or five books now.
Every book is hard work.
When you write something that actually opens up your wounds and pulls the scab off things that you've been hiding for years, it does hurt.
But actually, if someone asked me, was it worthwhile?
Yes, absolutely, because I understand myself better.
It's led me to the situation I am in now, being assessed for ASD, understanding myself better.
