Pick an anchor for where you're going to direct that flashlight for 12 minutes.
And I'm going to give you the anchor this time.
I'm going to ask you to use the sensations of your breath as the anchor for your attention.
And this practice is called mindfulness of the breath.

So the first thing you do is you settle into sitting.
